Our Policy

This is a Professional Establishment

Any service provider who feels that a customer is behaving inappropriately or disrespectfully is authorized to stop the service immediately. We believe in creating mutually respectful relationships, and have the right to refuse any service.

Cancelation/No Show

To be respectful of our customers and our team’s time, we want to minimize last minute cancellations and no-shows. We require a deposit that will go towards your service for package and Saturday appointments. This deposit is non-refundable if a last minute cancellation or a no show should occur. 

Confirmation Text

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text two days prior to your appointment. You will need to respond Yes to confirm your appointment time. If you do not reply a second confirmation text will be sent the night before your appointment.  If you DO NOT confirm, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee. 

Cancelation Policy

Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment. Missing, cancelling, or rescheduling an appointment within less than 24 hours will result in a fee.

No Show

Clients who fail to show for appointments may be asked to pre-pay for future services upfront and pay a minimum of a $25 no show fee. 


To ensure that you have an efficient and wonderful experience at Majestic Spa and Salon, please be on time to your scheduled appointment. Arriving 15+ minutes late after your scheduled appointment will result in appointment cancellation and/or a rescheduled appointment.

For their safety and for the comfort of other guests, children under 16 years old, who are not receiving a service, must be supervised by an adult not receiving a service. 


Tips are not included in the service, and are appreciated. 


All services are non-refundable!  However, we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge with the original stylist.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind on (after the service has been performed). Each Majestic stylist is professionally licensed and insured, and individually responsible for themselves. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Gift Certificate Policy

  • Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.

  •  Lost gift certificates? That is okay all our gift certificates are kept on file.

  • All gift certificates are non-refundable.

  • Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift certificates are valid at Majestic Spa and Salon only for all products and services available

Forms Of Payment Accepted
We gladly accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay and Gift Certificates.
